Great to see Imperial Tech Foresight using some scenarios at long last. However, I’m not sure I understand these. The drivers seem to be the availability of quantum computing and the availability of nuclear fusion (two major breaklthroughs). Huh? Makes no sense. Where’s the spectrum? Where are the tensions? Where’s the damn matrix!!!
